Poole Bay Pilates

Poole Bay Pilates is the home of innovative matwork classes. Paula has been teaching group Body Control pilates matwork for over 20 years. She teaches 12 group pilates classes and around 14 1-2-1 and rehab classes each week around Ashley Cross in Poole. Paula has over 26 years within the fitness and rehab industry. Anyone can join a class as Paula is experienced in teaching from absolute beginner to advanced clients. Reformer 1-2-1 and duet classes also available.

New Term begins 23rd February and new clients are advised to book now for special prices and limited places being available.

Mat Classes

I offer Mat Classes from Beginner through to Advanced level. The class size is limited to 12 people to provide the right balance of individual guidance and group motivation. Come and meet new people who share your wellness goals! Sign up for a set day and time and get to know some new like minded friends.

Reformer Pilates

My Reformer Classes are designed to provide a more intimate and personalised experience. With only 1-2-1 or duets offered I’m able to give individual guidance and adjustment to ensure you get the most out of each session.

One to One Sessions

I also offer One to One sessions for individuals who would like a personalised approach to Pilates. We will walk through your goals and develop a individual plan to achieve them. I can offer mat/reformer/fitness/rehab separately or blended classes.
